Viking Invite 

The men are back in action Thursday at Mccarty Park!  We will use school vans to get to the meet, and some guys will drive.  There will be no return trip to school, athletes need to be picked up at Mccarty Park, but only after the awards ceremony and release from coaches.

Pasta party at the Kabb's this week on Wednesday!  Stop by after practice to grab a meal with the team before homework.

The team will practice have practice Saturday morning at 7:45 a.m. this week.  Be sure to touch base with Coach if you need to get the run in on your own.
