FAQ Section:
I'm more than happy to help with any questions! Feel free to email [email protected]. Here are some common questions.
FAQ 1 - How do we get a contract?
Teams with accepted Entries will be sent contracts AFTER registration closes and prior to the event.
FAQ 2 - My athlete ran a relay split, does that count?
No, relay splits no longer qualify, the times must be run in open events.
FAQ 3 - My athlete ran very close and is fit enough to run the time, can they get in?
No, they must run at or under the time, decimal times will be considered and usually accepted, e.g. 2:02.6 for the boy's 800 would provisionally get in pending number of entries.
FAQ 4 - My athlete ran a qualifying time in the 3200 but wants to run the 1600 and hasn't raced that yet this season.
Just send me an email and they are typically accepted into a different event if they hadn't raced it yet.
FAQ 5 - My athlete ran the time the previous year but hasn't run any qualifying times in any event this year.
They need to run a time in the 2026 season.

Prior to your race, be sure to pick up your hip number in the same area from the Northwest corner shed. You can pick this up at any time.
Athletes are responsible to collect their hip number from the shed on the north west corner of the track. This will also be the staging area where athletes of the next race will be gathered by the clerk. Please be at the staging area at least 5 minutes before your race to be called to the starting line by the announcer. We will stay on the time schedule.

The top 3 overall from each event need to report for awards. The awards will now be done after each of the final sections of each race.
Music Requests
Athletes will be able to request music played during the night and during races. A link will be provided before the race and only athletes racing can request songs.
Meet Shirt
Athletes receive a t shirt that can be collected upon entry. Limited supply previous year t-shirts may be for sale as well.
Timing
PT Timing will once again be timing the event this year.

Athlete Entry Cost
The fee will be paid like a regular track meet through our AD who will send a contract. It is a per athlete cost of $35* upon finalized entries. This will all occur AFTER entries are finalized which will be Monday, April 27th. The AD will have a list and send out to school for payment. There is nothing you have to do prior to registering. There are no entries accepted after the deadline date.
*Any athletes that no shows to a race without notice will be charged an additional $50 to that team per athlete. Do not enter athletes who will not compete, and make sure to communicate of any sickness/injuries that occur after the deadline and before the meet.
Shoe Donation
Performance Running Outfitters will be collecting shoes/spikes for donation again and located on the field this year.
Fans
Let families know that all fans get in for FREE. We encourage coaches and athletes to be out on the infield and outer track lanes and just be mindful of athletes competing. Fans and parents can use the bleacher area and surrounding areas. It will be non-stop racing on the track.
