Check In/Changes for 2026

This year we will have bibs with each athlete's names on them for races, please pick up for athletes at north gate entrance upon arriving.

To keep the event going strong we are asking fans for $5 entry at the gate, please let families know.

Badger State Timing will do the timing this year with live splits, and have the live stream connected to results as well. Links for both can be seen in the meet information below.

We will have a small number of limited edition 2026 shirts on sale! Maybe they will be so rare like pokemon cards and can be sold in 30 years for thousands of dollars, ya never know. We will also be selling previous years t-shirts.

Athlete Check-In

Athletes are responsible to collect their number near the northwest area of the track. This will also be the staging area where athletes of the next race will be gathered by the clerk. Please be at the staging area at least 5 minutes before your race to be called to the starting line by the announcer. We will stay on the time schedule.

Awards/Interviews
The top 3 overall from each event need to report for awards. The awards will now be done after each of the final sections of each race. Coach Mulrooney will do interviews with the overall top 3 as well from each event.

Timing
Badger State Timing will be doing the timing this year.

Athlete Entry Cost
The entry fee for athletes will be paid like a regular track meet through our AD who will send a contract. It is a per athlete cost of $35* upon finalized entries. This will all occur AFTER entries are finalized which will be Monday, April 27th. The AD will have a list and send out to school for payment. There is nothing you have to do prior to registering. There are no entries accepted after the deadline date.

*Any athletes that no shows to a race without notice will be charged an additional $50 to that team per athlete. Do not enter athletes who will not compete, and make sure to communicate of any sickness/injuries that occur after the deadline and before the meet.

Fans
We encourage coaches and athletes to be out on the infield and outer track lanes and just be mindful of athletes competing. Fans and parents can use the bleacher area and surrounding areas. It will be non-stop racing on the track.

New for 2026 - non coaches/athletes will be charged $5 entry to help support the continuation of the event and cover all expenses of putting on the event.
