Registration is now OPEN!
Registration 2023 Link
Only coaches may register athletes! This is a regular WIAA event and invitations are sent after everyone has entered and been approved. Anyone who has a parent or athlete register will NOT be accepted. You may enter and edit athlete entries from now through Sunday, April 23rd at midnight. All entries need to be in by this deadline so we can appropriately make race sections and the final time schedule. You can update times or races up until this day as well. Prior marks are best for entry, but coaches are allowed to enter manual times based on athlete fitness. We will review the entries to make sure they look fair and will communicate if there are any issues. I will post some entries on the site as they come in, but feel free to reach out and ask which event may be best for your athletes. Final heat and time information will be released the Monday prior to the event.
Below are the entry standards to register for the event. If an athlete has hit the standard previously, you may register them. Entries not meeting the time standard are subject to be declined. Not all entries meeting the standards are guaranteed, if entries exceed race limits we will take the top time entrants based on times run. This hasn't been an issue in previous years, but as the event grows be prepared to switch event or be declined entry if on the borderline of a mark. Reach out if anyone is 'close' or have shown recent fitness to meet standards to see if we have spots for them to race. Also, new this year is a men's freshmen 1600! There will be no time standard set for this and we will seed based on entries.
For any questions please contact the meet director, Coach Mach at MachXC@gmail.com
