Week 2 Workouts

2.  This week's pasta party will be after practice on Wednesday at the Wessel's house!  Address is 2145 S. 89th St.  Plan to arrive at 5:00 p.m. after Baxter talk and short practice.

3.  In week 1 we talked about building selflessness.  This is our essence.  We want to work toward a selfless team, working together and holding one another accountable to be their very best.  To build off of that, we want to get rid of any limitations.  As a group, we have no limits to what we can accomplish.  Our group embraces discomfort, fuels off the naysayers that can't do what we do, and we go out and do things instead of waiting for things to come to us.  Week 2 Build  - No limits

Here is the lap count for guys that ran the Runathon.  Click Here

Make it an amazing day!
